Leadership Training

The challenges leaders face today have never been more difficult or complex. Employee burnout. The Great Resignation. Demands for flexibility. Leaders need coaching, skills training, and on-going support and development to meet today’s workplace demands.

To accommodate your organization’s diverse leadership development needs and hybrid workplace, we offer a variety of blended learning solutions powered by our robust learning platform, which offers self-paced learning surrounding virtual or classroom-based instructor-led training.

We also offer two simulation-based learning experiences for leaders.

Pairing simple yet effective leadership models with engaging facilitation and self-reflection activities create the mindset shift and skill-building your leaders need to adapt to new ways of working in the hybrid environment.

What our participants have to say.

“My workshop facilitator was just fantastic. She made the day so interesting and informative, yet pushed us to really think and practice new skills.  I was dreading going to training but the material was really practical and I can use it to be better at my job tomorrow.  Looking forward to another session.”

“I am so grateful to have participated in my company’s year-long leadership development program ran by Dion Leadership.  I know so much more about myself and feel well equipped to move up one or two levels in the organization.  Having individual time with a leadership coach separate from our training facilitator was a gift.  I made so many meaningful company connections.  I plan to work here for a long time!”
